So it has been more than a week since AC... and man can I feel it.

It was a kickass AC this year, probably one of the best imo. I got to interact with alot of awesome people while I suited, I got to get out of my own head for a bit and get away from work, I got to eat lots of good food, drink lots of good beer, and buy lots of cool shit.

It was probably one of the calmest years, and I think skipping the parade was a big part of that. I'm a big guy and I suit alot at the cons I go to but that parade just normally kicks my ass. Skipping it essentially gave me an entire extra day of the con. A day to hassle people, give hugs, and generally interact with people on a more personal level than running by them on some parade.

I will also say that while programing was light this year, the programming they had was solid. big notes where Who's Lion (Ty Alkali for hassling my mate for missing it) and while I didn't agree with the ideas 100%, Stigmatas panel gave an interesting view on commissions.

Here's hoping the next one is just as good and that I don't go crazy till then.
