Terms of service

I. General terms:
-Please provide any type of clear image/text references.
-It would not be tolerated any type of insults or disrespect towards me.
-Rules must be followed in each type of commission, wether is a custom or a YCH.
-If you fail to follow my rules I'm allowed to decline the commission.
-I won't refund a commission in any other case than me not being able to finish it because of any due reason.


II. Payment:
-Payment must be either a full PayPal USD payment, or at least a third of it to start and then the rest to give/deliver the files.
-I won't accept anything as a payment besides USD currency.
III. Commission process:
-DO NOT send payments with explicit messages on my PayPal, even less put a review on your experience on the payment when PayPal suggests it, it puts both your and my account at risk.
-I'll send each progress (Sketch-Lineart-Color-etc) to you and I'll need an approval for me to continue.
-All pieces work in phases, these generally being the ones listed in the point above, with the approval of a phase I won't go back and make considerable changes, (example, if the lineart is approved but you change minds about the pose I won't remake it again). If you truly want a modification on your commission of this magnitude you'll be charged an extra fee for the extra work it'll be on me.
-My deadlines may variate from each piece, it can take from 2 days to +2 weeks, the approximates I give in each category are that, approximates, I'll inform the possible deadline in each case if requested.
-As a client you'll always be able to come back to me if I make an outrageous mistake none of us noticed in a lapse of a week, these being stuff as mismatched colors, spots/strokes on the painting, two right hands, etc.
-PLEASE if you send a payment let me know under which name it'll be under so I can make note if I recieved it or not.

IV. Slots:
-My system of queue works more as an assembly line than anything, I work in all my commissions at the same time, trying to bring as many updates as I possibly can to everyone. How fast I finish pieces can be based either on complexity, how empty the queue is, how long another client is taking to reply to their progress, etc. so it can fluctuate a lot.
-I will do one art piece per slot, if you wish to commission me again as soon as I finish you'll be requiered to ask for a new slot.
-While I'll be absolutely thankful if you commission me a lot I might limit the number of slots you can take so nobody gets out of the queue.

V. Turn around time:
-My turn around time, even if set, can change if I'm in uncommon situations, which I'll let you know before/during the work process.
-If you need the commission for a set date I'll be glad to do so, but if it's not possible I'll let you know.
