Closed Species
Usage Rights
By purchasing a closed species design by me, you are paying for private, non-commercial usage rights only.
You do not own the intellectual property, species rights, or design ownership.
You cannot reuse the designs for another closed species or another form like humanoid, canid, felines etc.
Revocation Clause
If you are banned or removed from my community or associated groups, all rights to the design automatically revert back to me.
I reserve the right to reuse, repurpose, resell, or otherwise use the design at my discretion.

Adoptables (Non-Closed Species)
Resale Limit
You may not resell the design for a higher price than the original purchase amount, unless additional paid commissions are clearly included in the resale.
Commercial Use License
If you wish to use an adoptable design for commercial purposes, terms must be discussed in advance. An additional fee for a commercial license may be required.
