NOTICES FOR CUSTOMERS

▶ The drawings i make, they often take me for a few days to a week, if not more. It all depends on the complexity. Unfortunately i have two jobs that keep me busy, even for a whole day! So if i delay with delivery, i ask you to understand me. In any case, you will always be updated! Thank you!

▶ All prices are in EUR! Keep it mind for the addictional tax! [Price + 22%]. For payments in currencies other than the euro, the exchange rate on the day of the transaction must be considered.

▶ At the time of each payment, an invoice will be issued in accordance with the law!

▶ Your personal information will be treated with absolute discretion and confidentiality.

⚠️Payment will be handled via email invoicing, in full (preferably) or down payment, before i start working!⚠️

▶ The confirmation of the transaction must contain the "transaction code" of the bank transfer! If not present, your commission will be canceled and your waiting list slot is forfeit.

▶ I'm unable to issue refunds or do cancels if you have already paid for your commission and i started already!

▶ If i don't receive payment after 72 hours without explanation, your commission will be canceled and your waiting list slot is forfeit.

▶ PayPal (preferably) or Bank Transfer for payments.

▶ If you paid (for some reason) before the sketch and i haven't started it yet, you'll get a refund.

▶ I reserve the right to deny anyone a commission for any reason (for complexity or otherwise). I will try as much as possible to satisfy the customer.

▶ If possible, artistic freedom is preferred. However, you can provide all the references and descriptions you prefer. Ask me for more info.

▶ Please accept when i'm not comfortable with a subject matter.

▶ Once i've made the sketch, be sure to provide your feedback upfront if anything seems off to you, so we can work together to make the best work possible! Once you have seen the sketch and confirmed everything, i continue with the work until the end. Every edit requested after this phase can have an extra cost depending on the complexity of the requested edit. If it's traditional work and i'm already linearting, i can't accept your change request.

▶ I need a character sheet or drawing of your sona/characters (possibly with the color palette).

▶ You'll need to be above 18 for pornographic content!

▶ I usually feel more confident drawing human genitalia. If your sona/character has the ability to be drawn with human genitalia, you'd be doing me a big favor! In any case, i can always draw non-human genitalia. I reserve the right to refuse any kind of strange requests.

▶ The traditional drawings are scanned. There is the possibility to send the drawings (at buyer's expense). If you are present at Italian events (always if i'm there) or if i will be part of foreign events, delivery is free.

▶ Badges and shipments are at the expense of the buyer.
