Basics:
- If paying with points, wait for me to set up a commission widget and pay through there. Do not gift me the points. Thank you.
-You cannot sell whatever it is for more than you bought it for unless it comes with extra art. (If it is an offer to adopt then you can sell it for how much your offer was worth.)
-No refunds are available (Read breedables section for exceptions to this.)
-You must pay 24 hours after requesting to buy whatever it is unless you've put it on hold.
-Holds are available unless stated otherwise on the adopt. Please ask me and we can work out a period. I must know the average time of when you will be able to pay, if it is longer than a week I require communication to hold it for any longer. (I.E. If I note you with a question please answer and don't just ignore me. I will ban you from holds if my notes about them go completely unanswered.)
After necessary payment I will send you a full res/transparent bg version (only for adopts. Commissions with backgrounds come with the backgrounds, though you //can// request a backgroundless version as well, but it is not automatically offered.) of whatever it is. But only after payment.

Adoptables:
- You can modify the design, I would just ask to not modify it beyond recognition.
- If it is an earthly creature (dogs and such) you are free to use the design for whatever you please, even switching the species. I would ask that you not do this for any mythological species (dragons and such).
-Credit when necessary. (I.E. First time it is used and when asked about it)
-You can ask me about it if you no longer wish to keep it, I may try to offer something for it in return
If you do not finish or start your side of a trade on an offer to adopt, the adopt will go back up for sale, even if you did half of it. Full payment is required.

If it is a species adopt:
- You have full permissions (will be stated on said adopt) to do whatever you wish with it, I just ask that you don't change the design or species past recognition
-Credit me where credit is due, you may be the species owner, but I created the initial design.
(Full permissions means that you can make it an open/closed species and do whatever you wish with it in terms of worlds and ideas.)

If it is a breedable/custom/commission:
-You must pay before I start on them. I will accept half payment if you do not wish to pay full, but I will always ask for full first.
-Progress pictures can be asked for (sketch, lineart, color. I do not do progress pictures of shading. Each will be a low res screenshot.), you may make two (2) requests for minor changes per stage.
(I.E. lineart changes at lineart, color changes at color.)
- Once the lineart phase is done there will be no refunds unless I fail to complete it and decide to refund you.
- If paying half upfront I will require payment before I post/show you/send you the finished product. If payment is never received I will resell or reuse what it is. (breedables and customs will be sold, commissions can be turned into YCH's depending on what they are.) No exceptions.

If it is art:
- You may post my art if you are the owner of the piece (commissioned work/adopts/etc.) BUT credit and proper linking to the piece/my deviantart is absolutely required. (This can be other websites but it must link back. If it is toyhouse, my toyhouse is Seishiyo. I have no other sites.)
-You may not use my art if you are not the owner of it, for anything, at all, ever. The owner will be stated in the description. If owner of the piece changes, please tell me so I can update this. If your name does not follow Owner: you may not use the piece.

If it is an art trade (request these if you wish, I may or may not be open to this depending on the time and my work load):
- If you request the art trade of me, I require you to finish your side first before I post/finish mine.
- I require the same amount of effort be put into your side as my side. If I do a sketched halfbody with coloring I require you to do at least the same.
- I will only accept art trades from those on a similar skill level as myself, this wavers but will be determined per case.
- If I request the art trade of you I will post my side first but it will be partially blocked out, and revealed once your side is finished. If your side is never finished, you will never see mine finished.

About my art:
My "lineart" changes case by case, my style is "cleaned sketches" so sometimes a piece may be more or less sketched than another, it's mostly determined by how easy or not the specific piece is to draw. I do not do full lineart so therefore you should always expect, at the least, cleaned sketches.
