This is a group for furries who are fans of the cult classic TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000! (aka MST3K for short)
Fans of RiffTrax, Cinematic Titanic, and other riffing projects are also welcome.

What is MST3K?
It's a show created by Joel Hodgson which is about a guy named Joel Robinson (Mike Nelson in later seasons) who works as a janitor for The Gizmonic Institute, but is shot into space by his evil boss Dr. Forrester and his henchman TV's Frank (because they didn't like him) and is forced to watch bad movies on the Satellite Of Love. But luckily he built some robots friends to help keep him company, and he and the "bots" crack funny jokes at the bad movies to keep themselves sane! It ran from 1989 to 1999 for 10 official seasons, first starting out at a local Minneapolis TV station, TV-23 KTMA, before being picked up on the cable channel Comedy Central for 7 seasons, and then moved to the Sci-Fi Channel for 3 seasons. A successful Kickstarter campaign was recently launched by creator Joel Hodgson to bring back the show, and thanks to the support from many loyal fans, a new season is set to premiere on Netflix in 2017!
