One of the biggest complaints people have about this place is the fact that anything with a visible penis will probably get ten times the faves of the most beautiful work of art. And of course it's true. I myself have chosen in the past not to fave some truly brilliant art that I actually really wanted to, but I had my reasons.

The main one is that I treat my fave collection as a 'gallery' with a theme--stuff I find sexy. Also, I feel more and more like it would be an insult to the 'serious' art to toss it in and let it be drowned and forgotten in the ocean of kink that's already in there. This sums that up pretty well.

And finally, until there's a better way to sort through faves, they just get buried too fast! They're faved, but I'm never gonna find them again among all the porn that is, after all, the main point of that 'gallery' in the first place, and I can't exactly browse through to look for the artsy stuff in mixed company. So that's what this account is for. All the nice, creative, cool stuff* that really deserves a bit of recognition, but in a place where that recognition won't be tainted by the giant dick staring it in the face from the next spot over. ;)
