Unlike many here who work entirely in the digital realm, I work in wood. It's durable, doesn't become obsolete with age and doesn't crash. Just keep it away from fire. : ) I have also painted in oils and acrylics in the past, but lack a room where I can make a proper mess with those paints so I don't work in that medium currently. I also am into model railroading, though for the moment that hobby is on hold. In addition I dabble in photography, tools, computers, weather, automobiles, steam, gasoline, high flux LEDs, electronics AND also building electronic devices. In other words, if it stops working, I grab my DVOM and a soldering iron instead of just throwing the device out. I've been in 'the fandom' long enough to know what AVATAR was before the movie.

I am formerly a citizen of Minnesota, grew up there for most of my childhood and young adult life. Even though I don't live there now Minnesota still has a big place in my heart.
