The day has finally come... and went. The Furrest City Mini-con was a success! Of course for a beginner con is bound to have a couple of issues - generally everything went without a hitch!! I will admit I was a bit nervous. Not for any reason particularly but just because there were so many people counting on us!

If you are not in the know, Furrest City is a brand new con out of Cleveland and I am the programming Director. I will admit - I do not really have any prior experience aside from hosting some local furmeets. I do think that despite that everything went relatively well. We had a few hiccups but like, every con has those haha. I think generally everyone had a very good time!

I hope that as time moves on we can upgrade our venue from a mini-con to an actual con with more panel rooms than.... one. We did have a dealers den this year with a surprising turn out of artists for something quite so small. I really hope they made lots of sales, I knew I bought quite a few things x3

In the end I think we can work on some things but overall I think our team has the potential to make something super cool with our local community - I could not ask for a better group of people.
