After playing a lot of RPGs and trying to customize my in-game avatars to match my OCs I felt I needed something better. I found there were some pretty crazy mods I could load for some games but quickly realized keeping them all straight, up to date and working correctly together would take up a lot of my time. Instead I opted to get in to 3D Rendering with Daz Studio. I picked Daz/Daz3d in part because it was free. I tested out Daz3d and found I could position things and pose them quite similar to how I'd done things in various games. Over the past year I've been able to create some custom character models & textures, built a room (using Blender) and got the lighting about how I want it. I hope to further furnish the room, enhance my OC models as well as create new models and rooms all while trying to tell their story.
