TERMS OF SERVICE

This document is a binding agreement between the artist ("I," "me," "my") and the client ("You")
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service in it’s entirety.
ARTISTS RIGHTS
I reserve the right to refuse a commission or any alteration thereof for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at my discretion. (View payment policy regarding refunds)
TYPES OF ART
My preferred medium for commissioned artwork is strictly digital base.COMMISSIONS
Do's
- Any gender and body type
- Any species (humans, animals, insects, fantasy)
- SFW, NSFW (any gender pairing and species)
- Reference sheets
- Headshots
- Half bodies
- Full bodies

Maybe's
- Fetishes:
Feet/tickling/micro/ that I currently know of I'm fine with
- Darker/Controversial/Taboo themed fetishes/content would have to be discussed and possibly considered for the right price

- Full payment upfront
- All payments should be in USD via Ko-Fi
- If you find I do not have a style or genre you're looking for and not certain if I can deliver - with reasonable cause - I may consider offering a 25% discount on said commission.
- You can request a full refund if I have not yet started your commission - commission begins the moment I send you a sketch/WIP
- You may request a refund during the sketch/WIP phase if you find I am unable to deliver your idea, however, with each sketch/WIP I send I will deduct 10% of your refund. (ex: 3 /sketches/WIPs sent to you will result in a 70% refund)
- Once I get your approval on the sketch/WIP phase, there's no more refunding beyond this point.
CLIENT RECEIPT OF WORK
The final product will be delivered to the client as a JPEG or PNG via email. Clients are not entitled to the computer files which generate a finale product or to the results of any physical work done in course of the creation of the digital piece.TIME FRAME
A general TAT for my commissions would be within a week timeframe at the time of starting the commission, however depending on the complexity of the piece, and various life-circumstances, the art may extend from the initial time expected to finish once I begin.REVISION
- During the sketch/WIP phase of the commissions, client is allowed two (2) revisions
- Edits to completed works are subject to additional fees as determined by the artist at the time of requestCOPYRIGHT AND DISTRIBUTION
- *By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
- *The commissioner may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and/or linked back to me.
- *You may not claim my work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution.
- Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
The following rules with '*' do not apply to commissions that fall under the "Maybes in question"
