I have no idea how long it's been since my last update - I really do need to try and get back into doing these things more, and getting back to my art. I had planned to do so after New Year's, but it's been a really rough year so far. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to it soon; in the meantime I think I'm going to reformat my character listings, and add some more characters I've picked up in the meantime.

Species: Western Dragon (earth, brown)

Gender: Male

Orientation: Gay

Random Fact: Able to change size and form within limitation. Naturally sheds ore and gems from his skin from time to time.

Typical Roles: Teacher, Father, Feral Dragon, Pokemon Trainer

Species: Nidomeleon (Nidoking/Charmeleon hybrid)

Gender: Male

Orientation: Bi (predominantly gay)

Random Fact: Raynor, Ray for short, is a bit of a brute, tending more towards his feral nature; especially when he's angry. His tail flame, when on, is blue.

Typical Roles: Guard, Blacksmith, Bodyguard, Bouncer, Jock, Loner, Bully, Feral Pokemon

Name: Munnin

Species: Crow

Gender: Male

Orientation: Gay (possibly bi)

Random Fact: Munnin is a character who was never intended to be permanent, but really kinda grew on me. He tends to be a bit of a prankster and joker, and caw-laughs easily. he clacks his beak when he's deep in thought or nervous.

Random Fact: Primus was also never intended to be a permanent character, but has become one of my favorite characters. He's a water drake, and has a bubbly, happy attitude.

Random Fact: Secundus was also never intended to be a permanent character. He's a fire drake, and tends to be more cautious and serious than his brother, whom he's a bit overprotective of.

Random Fact: Has the living flames of a rapidash, although the flames of his tail, and on his chest and neck are sky blue, dark blue fur on his hands and feet, coming to a point on the back of his wrists and his shins. Practices several forms of martial arts and iaido (sword style).

Reading up on the latest policy change, it seems to be a major overstep. While they clarify they are not blanket banning any species, there are specific species they are flagging according to many artists just based on the characters natural proportions (i.e. Impmon; impmon, on model, has "childlike" proportions, and it therefor not allowed on FA).

Leaving it to something as vague as moderator discretion and proportions seems an odd choice. Unfortunately it looks like it'll be easier to just follow the artists elsewhere than maintain FA as a central point. Ah well.
