Hehehehe... I have some silly/unreasonable reasons (⁠･ั⁠ω⁠･ั⁠)

-Easily distracted
-Not always motivated to do art
-Motivation can vanish in mere minutes
-Depression
-Overly self-critical of my own art WIPs
-Self-sabotaging perfectionism
-While caffeine can motivate me to draw or line art, I have a caffeine sensitivity so too much can send me into a spiral or even to the ER (⁠ᗒ⁠ᗩ⁠ᗕ⁠)
-Caffeine crashes and withdrawals
-Coloring other people's art. Dunno why but sometimes I'll see someone's pencil sketch or B&W art and have an urge to color it in. I always show the artist the end results and I don't care if they post it online or not (if they do, all I ask is for credit) and I'd rather not put someone else's work in my gallery, even with their permission.
-I color art on my laptop while in my recliner, but my kitties get upset if they can't be in my lap when they want to. For example, kitty #1 will either try and get my attention by chewing on things in the background he isn't supposed to chew (including electronics), yeowl in a way that's like nails on a chalkboard to me, or chew on the corners of the laptop. Kitty #2 is a bundle of anxiety and is too afraid of my laptop to try and jump up and I run the risk of her peeing on my bed in retaliation. I've had to get waterproof sheets cuz of her. Winter has been extra cold ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ
