Rules and Guideliens (Taken from commission journal)

By paying for an image from me you agree to and fully understand the following:

What I Won't Draw:

Babyfurs or those under 18 in sexual situations
Bestiality
Scat, pooping, soiling and Vomit
Snuff/gore
Non-con/Rape
Generally if it's illegal to do it IRL I probably wont draw it. Feel free to ask though.

Duplicate images: Please do not ask me to recreate or duplicate an already existing image line-for-line. This includes an image in my gallery or in another person's gallery/collection. If you want an image similar to another you must allow me some form of creative freedom in rendering you piece in order to make it unique or else I will not accept your commission and/or the agreement will be terminated.

I reserve the right to terminate or refuse any commission at any time. For termination details please refer to the section on refunds.

Payment: Payment will be made up front and in full before I start work on the commission. Usually I will not send my papal address unless I have confirmed I will take your order but PLEASE don't send payment until we have both agreed on the terms of the commission.

Progress Shots: This depends on the type of commission. I will not do progress shots for sketches or smaller work such as badges. Only large mistakes (such as markings or large character flaws) will be noted at the delivery and addressed case-to-case. For medium priced commissions (such as one character no background) a finished sketch will be shown before inking begins if requested. For higher priced commissions (those that may include a background or another character) thumbnails and sketches will be shown as a part of the mandatory project.

Revisions: Revisions are generally only done in the sketch and inked stages of a full commission. The sketch stage is the only stage where you may request the entire image to be redrawn. I will redraw a sketch up to three times. Inked stage and on will receive changes within reason. There may be minor changes to the finished product of any commission. A total of 3 minor changes may be made once the commission is complete (ex: You find an error, I change it and send it back, you find another error, I change it; this would count as two changes). These changes need to be noted within one week of receiving the final piece. If you require more than three changes or you require a large change on a finished product you will have to pay extra depending on what needs to be changed.

Completion Time: Up to my discretion

Rights to the Image: I retain the full copyright to the image. I retain the right to post your image digitally and hold all reproduction rights. If you don't want your commission posted in my online galleries simply let me know and I will keep it offline for no extra charge. I may use your image in my own publications offline. If you do not wish your image to be used in a printed or CD publication an extra payment percentage will be requested. You have the right to distribute the artwork I produce for you in digital form for non-profit personal use only unless directed otherwise in our correspondence. You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposed (ex: logos, layouts, print sales, stickers, generally anything you can sell). If you wish to use my artwork for commercial reasons, you will need to purchase the rights from me. If you wish to purchase these rights feel free to contact me and we can work out a price.

Refunds: If a commission is terminated at any time I will refund only for the work I have NOT completed.
Example: You paid 20$ for a commission (say it's an ink drawing), I complete the sketch. The next day you decide to terminate the commission for whatever reason. I will hand you the sketch and refund you 10$ since half of the project was completed. You will receive the sketch and retain the distribution rights to it stated above. I retain the rights to alter the sketch or remaining work into another piece for my portfolio.
