-This tier is full of variety, and it's hard to state every combination price. The Client will have to specify exactly what variety of drawings they want included, as well as any additional text.

-It's possible to combine multiple tiers into a reference sheet (e. fully rendered fullbody, sketch headshot, rough bust)

General information

How to contact me
-You can contact me through any of my active social media (Deviantart, Instagram) or you can send me an E-mail (neo.shotpm@gmail.com). You can contact me just to ask a question but in that case refrain from sending questions through E-mail unless you have no other way to contact me.

-For commission requests, please include:

The type of Commission you are interested in

A description of the character(s) / landscape / similar

If any, a list of your preferences: resolution, expressions, etc

References of the character(s) or, if applicable, references of similar landscapes

The date of the deadline if the commission has to be ready on a specific date. Please note that a rush fee may be applied in case the commission needs to be finished within 7 days.


I am willing to draw anything

-However there may be subjects I won't be willing to draw. The only way for you to know is to ask me.

-Keep in mind I'm weaker with: humans, buildings/cityscapes, landscapes, robots/mechs

-I will not draw hardcore NSFW/fetish/hateful materials. Excessive gore is fine.

Payment:
-Payment after the initial sketch has been approved. The payment is carried out with PAYPAL.

-All prices are stated in EURO €

-I may accept other ways of payment (such as a CORE membership) but not for fully-rendered(or any other time-consuming) commissions.

Refunds/Cancellation
-The commission can be cancelled before or after payment. In case of cancelling after payment, the Client will recieve a partial refund. The amount of money refunded is based on the progress made on the commission:

-Sketch phase- 90% refund

-Lineart phase- 75% refund

-Coloring phase- 50% refund

-Rendering phase- 25% refund

-Final detail/Finished- 0% refund

-After the commission has been cancelled, the Client will not recieve the full resolution artwork. If requested, I can send a low-res .jpeg image.

Rules
-I have the right to refuse your order If I feel uncomfortable or I'm unable to do it

-I will send you an invoice through Paypal after I send you the initial sketch

-Make sure to state any changes after seeing the initial sketch. I won't be doing any major changes afterwards

-I leave no guarantees on how long it'll take me to finish a commission, which means it ranges from just a day to a year

-I usually upload finished commissions to my social media. If you're against this, inform me

-You're able to share the finished commission with others, but only with proper credit

-Don't remove my signature. I can lower its opacity if you want it to be less visible

Sometimes, I will decline a commission request simply because I don't want to overwhelm myself with work. I will try to work on no more than 3 commission at a time, if my commissions are open.

My Rights

I has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.

I have the right to stop working on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude / inappropriate behaviour, an inability to effectively communicate, or a breach any of these rights/rules.

I will not create any depiction of sexually explicit (i.e., “NSFW”: pornographic or fetish driven) materials, or any form of hateful or racist imagery.

By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labour only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion (e.g. social media, personal space, public space, etc.).

If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon prior to start of work.

The Client may not remove my signature or edit it, or claim the artwork as their own.


The Client’s Rights

The Commission will be provided to the Client through the contact medium in full resolution, .png format; this does not include the native files (e.g., .ptg, .tif etc.), unless agreed upon and given permission from the Artist.

The Client may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process.

The Client may display the Commission in profiles as long as the Artist’s name (Nephaleim) is prominently displayed along with a link or mention to the Artist's social media accounts.

The Client must obtain written permission from the Artist prior to displaying the Commission in a Public Space.

Under no circumstances may the Client submit a commission to any kind of art-skill-based contest. If the Client has intentions to submit the commission to a contest, they must consult me for permission.

The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission.

The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s permission, or as agreed upon prior to recieving the finished product.
