Thanks for stopping by my page! Unfortunately you'll probably never see anything of mine besides some bad photos.
I'm just a ski bum for the time being, slowly making my way down the mountains back into school.
I'd like to say that I was an artist, but that was years ago and only one real piece was made. Ah well, there's so many other out there that I get my art fix from watching.
Hoping to pick up some metal working gear since I'm finally back home.

Bleh, made a diving mistake (G)

Been a while since my last dive but I felt confident. First mistake was not shaving before going out, spent a lot of my dive having to clear my goggles. Normally not a problem but I decided on low/mid tide under water tunnel route. While it was pretty awesome and an unmistakably humbling experience, the water getting into my goggles made me a bit nervous. The rest went fine even with multiple goggle clearings, got to pet a puffer fish and got a decent pic of a sting ray. But because of a little extra work and faster breathing in the tunnel, I had to cut my dive short about 10 minutes due to unsafe air levels. So I start ascending and stupidly went too quick. Got up fine and back to the beach but some hours after I started feeling the effects of the bends. Ugh, went through about 20 hours of burning chest/throat pains, lower back pains and some sinus/ear pains. Glad it wasn't too bad since it was just a 10-15m dive. I'll know better next time, hopefully.
