You:

• You MAY repost your commission as long as you provide credit by saying my name or artist name. Do not just say art by artist or credit unknown
• Do not upload any wips without my permission, you may save them for personal use but please ask before uploading them to a site like DA, FB or FA. Art gets traced easily that way because I don't send you watermarked or signed pieces.
• You MAY NOT commission characters you do not own. (If it's a gift for somebody please provide proof that the said person owns said sona)
• You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. If you are selling said character and giving away the item you may include the price with the amount but only if you are selling character rights.
• DO NOT recolor my art or finish sketches. This means don't commission me for a sketch or lineart and have someone else color it in for you or you color it in yourself. You want it colored, pay me for the work. It's not a base for you to use.
• Must allow SOME artistic freedom such as poses and such to get a comfortable angle. If you don't like how a hand looks that's fine and I can change it but I will not redraw the entire piece.
• Do not redline my artwork, if you don't like my level of anatomy or my style of art don't commission me. You are commissioning me for MY style not your own. If you have any suggestions to my work you may give them but i dont want redraws or redlinings done thank you <3 I draw the way I do because it's my style and I feel confident with how I do things.

ME:
• I own all copyrights of the commission. I will have the right to repost for promotional purposes. If you are concerned about art theft let me know I can heavily watermark it. I can modify it in any way to advertise my works.
• Wait time for a commission currently is same day to a month. I have a life and animals to care for. I do have a job (Pandemic willing) and that comes first.
• I will provide at least four wips from start to finish. Please don't rush but you may ask for updates if I haven't contacted you in three days.
I have the right to decline any subject matter or commission for any reason. If you make me uncomfortable at any time during the commission or details I will decline.
• I do have memory problems so within a month of me not starting or working on your art please give me a reminder if I don't explain the wait.

Heavy/Illegal drug use
Neon colors that are very bright. Some colors look like others or 'blend' to me so I may miss markings
Characters that do not belong to customer (Unless as a gift for the copyright owner)

PAYMENT:
I accept paypal ONLY.
I take USD and must pay as "GOODS AND SERVICES". If you send it by another currency you will be charged a $5 fee for it to change to USD (it takes up to 21 days to do so)
FULL Payment must be provided before I begin work on your commission.
If your commission is canceled for whatever reason, see CANCELING section below.

CANCELING:
• I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a partial refund depending how far along I am with your piece
• If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only receive a full refund if it has yet to be started or if you give up rights to the sketch and if then, I will be permitted to reuse the sketch. Otherwise, you will receive a refund, minus the cost of the work that has already completed.
• If you are rude to me or sending threats I will refund you & I will reuse what I had worked on as a YCH. I will not do business with anyone who attacks me during a commission. I will also cancel a commission if you, the customer are talking ill will of me during a commission, I would rather you express to me your concerns first. If you are talking about me I'll gladly issue the refund.

EDITS AND CHANGES:
• I will ask if you'd like changes during each step of the commission (sketch and colors) until it is finished. I will not change anything after agreed upon.
• Minor adjustments/revisions are part of the process, completely redoing a pose or idea is not acceptable unless there were certain reasons or maybe the current pose was difficult for me to complete. I offer two adjustments, anything beyond that can be negotiated at an additional cost. (this does not include mistakes done on my part such as wrong color or markings)
• No changes at all to the lineart after they are complete. Once sketch is approved the image is set.

YCH SLOTS:
• All slots must be claimed before I start
• Other characters may be involved in the ych, you must be comfortable with that
• You cannot change the pose or theme, only adjustments if if there was a mistake on my part such as markings or characteristics
• You cannot get a refund from ych slots, it involves other customers as well.
• No adding things that aren't already there like wings and extra limbs... horns and extra tails are ok.

ADOPTABLES:
• You cannot claim the design as your own, credit me for the design and if i draw it, credit me as the artist
• You cannot change the design, must stay the same or at least recognizable to original design. Very slight changes like extra or removing some markings, eye color and horns/fangs are acceptable but if it's detailed I may ask for more as an extra fee.
• You cannot resell for more than you paid. I require a wait time of 1 day from purchase from before selling again.

FREE ART GIVEAWAYS:
• You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit.
• I have no obligation to complete free art. I can cancel at any moment in time.
• If I don't complete it, don't complain. It's free you're not buying it
• If you fail to follow the rules that I provide on the post I can deny your entry. I will not remind you to follow the rules, it shows you don't care about the art I make unless its free.

OTHER:
Prices are subject to change.
I do have a que. Whoever pays first goes first.
I do have the right to show you my que list and where you are at on waiting time
I do have the right to make prints or physical items of my art. You have the right to deny the production of prints or physical items if I sell them to you and/or other users
I do suffer from anxiety which can be caused by stress either at home or online. If I get too stressed I will take a break from art to make myself mentally healthy. This break can range from 1 week to 2 months. If you wish a refund and cancel your commission you will be refunded the amount of money you sent minus the amount of work I put into your commission.
If you are commissioning anything that will be considered NSFW (gore, vore, porn, nudity or slight legal drug use) I will need proof of age (18) by either ID, drivers licence, work permit ect.) Failure to provide or fake proof of age will forfeit your commission place with no refund and will place you on my blacklist.
Failure to follow my TOS in any way will put you on my blacklist.
If you find yourself on my blacklist you will not receive any service from me including free art or adopts. If you make an alternate account under a different name a beware will be made.
If you have read my TOS please send me a message saying 'Mango' as well as agreeing to follow my TOS in a message. I will not agree to work with you until both messages are sent.

If you have questions or concerns about my TOS please talk to me about it. Failure to read my TOS will put you in the wrong if issues arise. If you are rude or childish and creating issues I do have the right to issue a beware. The beware will remain permanently up even if you correct your actions, attitude or large mistakes. It will warn other artists of your actions that may arise during their time of service.
