I've put this off long enough so here we go- profile time!

I'm Nix - a shiny new flying fox living in Guelph Ontario and working in Cambridge Ontario! Though I've been lurking outside the Fandom for a long long time I'm finally ready to get my feet wet and jump in.

The Basics

I'm a project coordinator by day and nerdy cuddleslut by night. I can be pretty shy at first but open up quickly to those I click with. I'll put some contact details later on so feel free to say hi sometime! Here's some things about me:

* I'm female and my pronouns are she/her
* I'm 30 years old and my birthday is in September
* I'm a polyamorous bisexual switch
* I'm married to a vanilla non fur and have an amazing switchy furry partner as well ♡
* I have 2 fur babies- a miniature pot belly named Hamlet and a dwarf Holland lop bunny named Boots. I love my fur monsters
* I just bought my first house- it's super exciting! Just put in my gardens and couldn't be happier to have some outside space!

Hobbies & Interests

I'm relatively varied in my interests but generally enjoy nerdy endeavours such as readinf SciFi and Fantasy books, comics, tv/movies of course, boardgames, video games and the like. I'm also quite crafty and make jewelery and cards, dabble in cross stitch and am going to learn how to sew. Sometimes I draw/paint but I'm terrible at it so don't expect to see any lol

I've been trying with a graphic novel idea for a few years now and am hoping to get back to writing now that I have a pretty garden and comfortable deck to focus in. Fingers crossed it goes well! I have an amazing friend willing to work with me on the art if I just get my butt in gear and start writing!

Likes
* Sunny days that aren't too hot
* Thunderstorms and rainy tea drinking book reading days
* Being in the water
* Reading in genenral and getting lost in another world for awhile
* Gardening!
* Delicious food including but not limited to Sushi, Italian, desserts, fruit, sweet things in general (there's a reason I'm a chubby bat) and anything cooked by my favourite personal chef  nasido
* Comic conventions and con commissions of neat art! Now that I've entered the world of furry art commissions my wallet is in SO much trouble!
* Being pet & having my hair played with ♡ it just feels so nice!
* Lots more but this is a start!

Dislikes
* The cold! I'm a terrible Canadian
* Blueberries because they're gross. Peppers and egg yolks because I'm allergic. Gravy and cheesecake because apparently I'm a weirdo.
* When people I don't know well get in my personal space.
* Any time someone makes reference to my "curves" - my BBW gals will get this one! Always comes off as creepy and fetishy.
