• Payment through paypal only
• I accept dollars and euros
• You must have the money when you choose to commission me/buy the design.
• Please pay as soon as you can. Specifically, within 1-2 days. Anything past that date without any contact being made will result in the adoptable being put back up for sale.
• You can't place bets and hide them, because you "changed your mind".
• You should be prepared to pay if the person who interrupted your bet could not cover it for some reason.
• If you wanna help me, you can add some tip ♥ ( It's not necessary ! )
• If you pay by using PayPal please edit the shipping area to 'no shipping required' !
• If you hide your comments or if you don't pay for more times, you can be added to block-list!
• Paypal chargebacks will automatically put you on my ban list and it this ban list will be here to alert others ( Also I can contact Paypal with proves about your payment, because all my adopts has rules and there stands NO REFUNDS )!
• If you pay by using PayPal.me please fill out your informations about payment. ( ONLY your username on FA )
• If you have echeck, let me know first!





► REFUNDS ◄

• I do not return the money for the character you bought, and later somehow "changed his mind"
• There will be no refunds if I have already started working on your order
• I do not accept refunds on adoptables unless offered from me



► Design use Rules ◄

• You can not make any profit off my work (I.E. the original artwork. You are buying the design, not the art)
    * This means you can use my designs for commercial use, I would just appreciate credit somewhere
• Do not take credit for the design
    *You don't have to credit me every time you post art of them, just make sure to credit me on any sites where you
      upload the original piece
• The winner can repost the finished piece
• You can make design changes
• You can change gender / name / hairstyle, etc...





► Reselling / Trading Rules ◄

• Please give me a heads up if you plan on selling/trading/gifting. - not necessary but it helps people to know that it's not stolen
• You can not resell the design for more than you paid*
   *The exception being if you've drawn additional art, in which case you can add the value of said art onto the price.
       ** You can add the price of purchased art onto the total resell prices IF the artist you commissioned is ok with it.
          Please contact them beforehand and ask!
• Co-owning is also ok with me BUT I will not get involved if there is a dispute between the owners. It is your responsibility to work it out between yourselves
