Hello hello helloooo
I miss drawing, and being lost in my imagination. Being an adult is not fun anymore.
Horticulture is my calling and art has been on the back burner
Other than that, I play uku, bass, otamatone
I like to run, zumba, spin poi, and eat. XD
someday I want to produce whiskey encapsulating the essence of the fields of Sweetgrass and the atlantic ocean.
I want to come back, but .. you know. Life gets in the way.

> My Blog This is my weekly blog of all the goings on in my 1.25 acre property. Some posts are general, some are informative and possibly helpful! Check it out if you like to garden!

Most beautifully boring place on the planet.
If you are here too, holla.

I'm a grownup who sometimes still wishes she could draw.

Well Uh, I am sort of around i guess, since I posted something and then ended up posting art afterwards XD
The truth is, I love to draw and create things. I can describe my emotions as a pile of sheep trying to squeeze through a mouse hole. I have a lot of feels and no way to channel them. At least I have friends to help with that, to some minor extent. Art is the other way, but I'm conflicted with that, as I am so incredibly busy with being an adult who made major lifestyle decisions of gardening -- no regrets mind you! (You can refer to my blog. let's just say I took on a GIGANTIC project to make my own botanical garden here in Nova Scotia, and it's been a very expansive task, drawing plans and then putting them into action, plus husband wants me to grow as much food as we possibly can.) Greenhouses, gardens, all that stuff, it needs a major amount of focus, which I lack a lot of, due to a lot of mental/emotional conflict, PLUS family medical things going on in the background.
Being an adult sucks a LOT. I just want to sit here, let my spine disintegrate as I draw in a dreamlike state. Or you know, lay back and look at the stars while listening to 90s grunge music while discussing the state of our meaningless young lives. Which just doesn't happen anymore.
You'll prolly see stuff from me again eventually, like when the ground is too hard to dig (but then I have a greenhouse year round lol), and strong feelings of all sorts of things subside. :D HAPPY FACE NOW.
I've been following lots of people though, it's a wonderful diversion. To those I watch, keep up the great work.
