I sell adopts and sometimes do art which will be put in my OC or Scraps, but mostly adopts. I get to abuse them like a coloring book.

Flat Sale Rules:
-Have your money. I'm not responsible if you can't pay on time.
-Have an e-mail. I will send you the file in an attachment. You will get your full resolution of your watermarked and unmarked image.
-Have a nice day and enjoy your purchase!

Payment Details & Rules:
-Payment via Paypal (USD Only). Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which I will send to the buyer once the price and details have been finalized.
-Pay within 48 Hours. After accepting your offer, I will message you for your PayPal information.
-If you do not pay or respond to the messages within 48 Hours, the adopt will be re-opened and you will not be allowed another claim chance for that adopt.
-Refunds are not available for adoptable designs.

Adopt Owner May:
*The buyer can re-post the adoptable on their account.
*You may edit any accessories and clothes.
*You may edit the gender.
*You may change the colors and design.

- You will get full-size resolution version of the adopt without the watermark and with watermark to avoid plagiarism for your own security.
- I don't accept major edit requests to Adopts. Any edits I have done come with the Adopt or minor on request.
- Credit NuitOcean and the Base Owner for the first time at least.

By purchasing or adopting any of these species you are agreeing to my TOS:
1. You may post art that you purchase, please credit.
2. Please do not sell your adopt for more then you paid for it. Unless you are selling art along with it.
3. I reserve the right to cancel and refund payment at any time, with prior notification to the buyer.
4. Cancellation of payment may be requested for emergency reasons, but keep in mind the following:
- If the buyer wishes to cancel payment, they will be warned. Repeated actions will result in a blacklist.

-Only make bids to the Adopt if you want it.
-Do not hide your bids.
