Hello hello! New month, new journal. As I have a slice of cheese pizza, I shall update you on the new in the news. A few random ideas here that I’ve been consider, so here’s a read. No need comment on everything, but if you have a comment about anything particular, feel free to pick and choose.

A lot of people have signed up for the panel I offered to run at MFF. Currently the Sched shows 186 people interested. Currently I’ve made 160 envelopes but should make 40 more to be safe. Each envelope takes; 2 Index cards, 1 Note card, and some paper stapled together. We’re looking at 534 printer pages, 400 index cards, and 200 note cards to make it work. I love math! --- My main concern is time; I have 60 minutes with 30 minutes of buffer time, if each table seats 10 people that’s going to be a lot to make a cycle.

Here’s a possible timeline:
-10 minutes to get everyone settled
-20 minutes to do a traditional game of Telestrations
-15 minutes to write a collaborative poem/story/song lyrics
-20 minutes to collaborate on a drawing.
-10 minutes for everyone to leave.

So a total of 75 minutes accounted for. I’ll likely create a slideshow to account for the times so that I can automate the timing. Otherwise I think I’d get tired of keeping track of the time and get behind. Wish me luck~!

I am considering an OC wide species swap.

I have a lot of wolves and dragons. A species swap would be a add some variety. Might make a specific journal/submission at the start of next year. I’ll probably take suggestions for specific characters. Would be interested to see what people think Oliver should turn into~

Secondly, considering a point system for my characters and who gets art and when. I have 4 main drawing types, but adding commissions to that, I’d have to think. It’s a weird idea just to balance out who’s drawn.
