I am Quill, of One Cat Design.
I am a new mother to my first (and only!) child, therefore I am currently not employed, so I will be happily taking commissions.

Prices may vary according to detail and quantity of characters, but I typically just stick to my base prices anyway unless there's something overwhelming about the content of your request. Follow the link above for specifics!
I draw and ink by hand, then I either scan and add color in Photoshop CS5, or by hand with Copic/Prismacolor markers or Prismacolor pencils. Real media does have extra cost, but I want to retain clients, so I don't charge TOO much extra. ;)

For an explanation of why I'm taking so long, please see my previous journal- things have been hectic as many of you know, and I'm trying to manage my time accordingly.
I NOW HAVE INTERNET by means of cell phone tethering, so I will be on more often.
