He can be with dick or with pussy. If you will want to make him with pussy, he will have 6 additional nipples on the belly too! His pronounce still remains "he/him" even if he is with pussy, but he can be degraded by being called "she" or "it". (Before anyone will say anything about it being transphobic or something, I'm trans myself, it's my kink and my safe space to do whatever with my character <:))
I do not do RPs, but always will be happy to partake in some art related stuff with my character being abused in every possible way! :)

Hi! I'm happy to say that I'm open to making requests with Hiro! :) You can DM me and ask me to draw something with my poor otter and your character! Or you can just ask me to draw something with just Hiro! You also can choose what version of him you want to see, more fat or slim, with dick or pussy, with tits or not. I'm fine with doing anything your mind will come up with! Althogh it may take some time for me to draw it and I most likely will prioritize more wild ideas x) But I will try to draw for everyone!
