hello, It's been a minute since I've said anything publicly and for that I'm really sorry. I've been trying to balance my normal life, my job, and art while recovering from back surgery and dealing with the passing of several family members; as well as having to move twice within the span of a year. Finances were strained, and bills began to pile up, which is what prompted me to open up commissions to alleviate some of my financial issues. I took on a lot of commissions all at once, assuming I could keep up a reasonable pace and that I could be caught up within a few months time. Needless to say, I overestimated my ability and got overwhelmed. I didn't say anything or answer Dm's because I wasn't making good progress with peoples images and didn't really have anything to show for the wait. I wanted to have something before I responded, I didn't want to keep telling people that I couldn't do anything this week, I'll try to have something next week. I didn't want people to think I was just making excuses or trauma dumping on them. I realize now, that I created a whole new problem for myself, which was way worse. I'm currently going through my backlog atm and I'll be completing all works owed within the month of April. I'll also be making que so people can be kept up to date with with the progress and when their piece is next. I'm sorry for the scare and I'm sorry for the wait.
