Do you accept payment plans on expensive pieces?
ANSWER:
Payment plans are accepted. However, please note that you won't receive the finished version until it has been paid in full.

What are the delivery times?
ANSWER:
Delivery times depend on where you are located. I will let you know when an item ships out and the expected delivery date. If you need expedited shipping, we can discuss it before payment is due.♡

How long does it take for items to ship out?
ANSWER:
All items are usually made to order. This can take 2-5 weeks depending on what supplies are in stock. I will do my best to keep "In Stock" materials up to date. If an item is in stock, it will ship out same week. If they are not in stock, I will inform you of the lead time on the item(s). ♡
QUESTION:
I got my item and don't want it anymore. Can I return it and get a refund?
ANSWER:
The only returns and refunds I will accept are items that are damaged in transit. Proof of damage is required. Certain customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you simply change your mind on the item, you can exchange it for another item. Exchange will occur once the item is returned. Item must be returned within 2 weeks of estimated delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. ♡

Do you offer any freebies for those who buy a certain $ amount or after so many pieces?
ANSWER:
At the moment, I do not. However, I might occasionally throw in a free gift or test item to reoccurring customers!♡

Will you ever have items ready to ship?
ANSWER:
Yes! Items that are made to order might be already made seeing how I also sell at cons. However, these items are first and foremost stock items for said cons. I will only send these out if I know I have enough time to replace it for said cons. ♡

I might! Depending on the complexity of the commission, we can maybe do a trade for something from my Amazon Wish list. Confirmation of the gift is needed in order for me to begin work on the commission. Pricing must match, unless otherwise agreed upon. ♡
