Pazuru’s TOS

Pazuru is a one person team who makes arts, crafts, and soon to be plushies and fursuits, any artwork is credited to them, their work and anything else, if you repost their art in any form you must credit them.

Crediting
You must credit Pazuru if you repost any of their artwork in any way whether it's a link, Twitter handle, or ©Pazuru failure to do so will be marked as a strike.

Strikes
Pazuru has a three strike policy meaning if you do anything to violate the Terms of Service it will result in a strike, and if you get three strikes you will be blacklisted for two years if after the two years are up and you use our services again and you break the Terms of Service again and get two more strikes that will result in a permanent bands.

Services
Pazuru has a range of services from traditional art to digital, from Clay to plush to fursuits Pazuru can fill almost your every need!
We have commissions for traditional and digital open almost every month with limited slots roughly anywhere from 5 to 50. Commissions for crafts such as Clay, plushies and fursuits are open for 5 slots each and open once every 3-6 months depending on how long it takes them to complete a quote.

Commissions
Commissions from Pazuru very in time they could be done within the hour of commission to a few months please be patient i will always give a commissioner an estimated time frame of when it will be done if it is not done within that time frame you will either get a coupon for 25% off any commission of the type you were waiting on or a free chibi or Icon.
Money for a commission must be sent within 48 hours of purchase or you will lose your slot unless otherwise discussed.

Coupons
Pazuru coupons can be given to someone by Ace for three reasons A) Via a late commission, B) Via A raffle, or C) As a gift coupons can be re gifted as long as Ace is informed beforehand. Coupons are only valid up to 1 year but you can get a reissued coupon which can allow your coupon to be valid for another year. Coupons are given both digitally and physically and can be used both online and at cons and can be redeemed the same way.

Custom characters and Adopts
Pazuru’s custom characters are owned by the commissioner/buyer but art/Craft of the character is created by Pazuru and should be credited in the appropriate way failure to do so will result in a strike. Pazuru’s Adopts are owned by Pazuru till up to 21 days after purchase depending on paypal's pendation of the money. Luke can decide within 24 hours of an Adopts purchase to not sell the character and as long as the buyer is refunded or given something of equal or greater value the buyer cannot say the character is theirs. After the character is fully purchased i will ask you for you Email and send you an email saying that you have full rights of the character, if someone claims to own a character by Pazuru simply ask for the proof of ownership Email if they don't have one they have stolen the character. Money for a Custom character or adopt must be sent within 48 hours unless it is put on hold.

Holds
Holds for Customs and adopts are allowed but only up till 7 days and only if discussed with Pazuru beforehand and if money for the custom or adopt is not sent after the discussed time frame it will be put back up for sale.

Payment plans
Payment plans are offered on adopts $50 and over and commissions $75 and over, Payment plans may result in a higher price of the product and must be fully paid off within the allowed time that will vary based on price. The buyer will not get the product until payment is fully paid.

Portfolio

Pazuru has full rights to use any commissioned piece in any medium in Their portfolio for jobs,school, or other commissioners and may also use any commissioned piece in a price sheet for commissions. Unless a private fee is paid.

Wills and won’ts:
i will draw any gender and any species except for humans
i won't draw any character described as a C*nt Boy, F*mBoy, or any other trans slur
I will draw any character described as being Non Binary, Trans, or any other LGBTQ+ character
I will not draw for any Alt right furs meaning Nazi furs
I will draw for any race or religion
I will not however draw any thing depicting any religious ceremony
I will not draw Zoophilia or some babyfur things (feel free to note or email to ask about what i will and wont draw for babyfurs)
I will not draw some fetishes (again feel free to not or email to as what i will and won't draw)
