We needed some terms of service so, here we go! Some important questions you should know before contacting us!
How can I get an adopt from you?
Easy! Just comment on the submission below and we will try to contact you as soon as possible, either way just shoot us a note with the link of the adopt you want and we can discuss it privately :D Once we have talked, you have to send the money to Roci's paypal or Anya's paypal, depending of which adopt you want!
Which ways are better to send the money to? Paypal! We already have a paypal account so its easier for us to get the money of the adopt(s) you want ^^
Are customs open? Always! Again, message us via notes with the base you want (or we can find one for you if you dont know which one to choose) and we will gladly talk about the palettes, species, etc. Customs start at 5$ / 5€, since they are a bit complex and we have to think a lot for the final design, accesories, traits, etc.
How can I be blacklisted? Doing these things:
1. Offer something and then not responding, or refuse to pay for something you have already offered (of course, in cases of money offers)
2. Being disrepectful with our admins, or being "creepy" to us (No creepy comments, thank you)
3. If we find you steal our adopts, you can also be blocked from instagram and also from furaffinity
4. Any other negative actions or attitudes, so please be nice to us!
What kind of devices do you use to make adopts? Anya: I use an Ipad (2020) and an Apple pen!
Roci: I use a Wacom intuos!
Can I sell my adopt? Yes of course! But you CANT sell it for more than you bought it in case you havent added art to it, so if you have the original file plus (for example) a badge, of course you can sell it for more money, but if you have the original adopt only, please consider sell it for the equal amount or less if you need money desperately.
How much time do I need to wait to get a response from you? Since we do are not very active on here, you can always check our social media!
