What is PlushLife?
Having a PlushLife means living your ideal life, and that life for us is a life full of plushies! We are a European project consisting of plush enthusiasts who aim to create plushies of a fresh, new design and high build quality. And we want to share our plushies with you.
We are a spare-time project that produces one plush-project per year.
- We always anounce it at Eurofurence in Summer.
- The order phase then is between January and first week of May in the following year
- Afterwards we produce the whole bunch at once, ship it out... and tease with a new awesome plush at the following Eurofurence.

In order to reach last minute deciders at FWA we also decided to stretch the order phase to May 11. That's also when the payment should reach us. The Cross Foxes will have serial numbers again. They will be numbered in the order we receive the full payment, so early payers get the lowest numbers. If you aim for a single-digit numbered fox, you should select PayPal and use the PayPal button at the end of the order-form to pay right away! We estimate the delivery of the foxes around July-early August. This time US customers will receive their fox through air priority shipping in order to ensure fast delivery.
Are you curious about the fox but not entirely sure yet? Then you should definitely meet this plush in person and give him a thorough cuddle! This year our social media Fox Pepper got a twin! Both are now travelling the world and cuddle their way around at various conventions. Here are their travel plans during the order phase:

- Nordic Fuzzcon, Malmö (Feb 19-23)
- Texas Furry Fiesta, Dallas (Feb 27 - Mar 1)
- Furry Weekend Holland, Baarlo (May 1-4)
- Golden State Fur Con, Los Angeles (Apr 3-5)
- Biggest Little Fur Con, Reno (Apr 30 - May 3)
- Furry Weekend Atlanta (May 7 - 11)
You can find Pepper in the lobby or at inflatable/plush panels during those cons!

We received a few questions about the PlushLife Cross Fox and ordering process - so here is a small FAQ:
How does ordering work?
1. The order phase is open now, that means we've placed an "Order" button on the top our website http://plushlife.eu -> click it!
2. Type in all your order information, check your data on the summary-page and hit "Place Order".
3. If you selected the PayPal option you can pay right away using the "Pay Now"-Button. Otherwise we'll manually process your order and get back to you within 24h with the payment information.
4. Once we've received the payment, you'll receive a confirmation via Email.
5. After May 11 we'll close the order phase, buy a ton of fur and stuffing and make some cute, soft and cuddly plushies.
6. Once the Cross Foxes are about to be shipped, we'll come back to you to verify your shipping-adress.
7. Once your shipping adress is verified your Cross Fox will jump into a big box and take off on its trip to you!
When do I have to pay the full price?
The order phase ends on May 11, 2020. We require the full payment by this date or we have to cancel your order.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your Cross Fox. We will accept one installment per month - so up to 5 installments if you order right away! Just make sure the full payment reaches us by May 11 and you're good to go! To pay in installments simply write something like "I want to pay in 5 installments." in the comment field of our order form.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Within the Euro-countries we would prefer bank-transfer via SEPA, PayPal is possible though. For Non-Euro-countries we accept Paypal.
Is there a limit of Cross Foxes you will produce?
Only the ordering time is limited. Within this ordering phase we will take all your orders!
How does the numbering on the labels work?
Each PlushLife Cross Fox will come with a unique number on the label. The number is assigned to your Cross Fox once the final payment arrived. So quick payers get the early numbers!
When will the PlushLife Cross Foxes be shipped?
We expect the shipping of the Cross Foxes by July, 2020. Shipping itself will take another 1-3 weeks, depending on where you are located.
Which logistics company will you use for shipping and will there be a tracking link?
We will be shipping via DHL Germany and will provide you with a tracking link once your Cross Fox is on its way!
Will the Cross Fox be fully stuffed and does the price include stuffing?
Yes, the Cross Fox will be fully stuffed - so no more charges will be added and no more work will be required. Unbox and cuddle!
Will there be any additional charges after the initial payment?
We won't charge you anything anymore once you fully paid. A few countries might charge customs upon arrival, otherwise your Fox will arrive right at your door with no additional payment!

We have 2 more Huskies left from the production and received so many requests that we decided to give anyone a fair chance in an auction. So we will auction those Huskies off by the end of February and March on thedealersden.com. We'll anounce it on twitter and also send a newsletter when the auctions are live!
