Looking for an artist to commission new character design

Hey guys, as the title says, I am looking for an artist to try sketching/drawing a new character design for my tigertaur.
He is still a winged tigertaur, but in this form he will be completely robotic, in much the same style Sonny was in i-Robot (with Will Smith).
It would help if they already enjoy drawing all sorts of robots, don't mind taking commissions of new characters that don't have ref sheets..
I've been collecting pictures that sorta describe how he looks in this folder:
