Cat-mum’s Terms of Service

- No refunds on YCHs, or past the sketch stage on full commissions.
- If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund no matter how far along I am on the artwork. However you may not use the art or have another artist use any part of the art to finish it.
- WIPs of artwork may be requested at any stage, however I can not complete a piece in a hour so keep this in mind when requesting, once every few days or once a week is the best, also do not request WIPs if you commission hasn’t been started in my queue.
- Small mistakes can be changed for free 1 week after getting the commission, whoever poses/characters/large edit will not be made after the sketching stage. This does not apply to changes you make to your character after the commission is given. Limited to 2 *major changes at the sketch stage and 3 minor edits.
- Updates or recolours may be requested for a fee on pieces no older than 3 months.
- I have the right to charge extra for complicated characters as long as I make the customer aware before payment has been made.
- I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.
- I require payment upfront, I will not accept partial payments unless is discussed beforehand privately, this will only be the case for large commissions.
- You have until the sketch stage of commissions to request a full refund, however I reserve the right to keep the sketch and turn it into a YCH or personal work if a refund is requested, you will not be given the unwatermarked sketch, you may not take the sketch to another artist and ask them to finish it, you also may not take the sketch and finish it yourself.
- If you don't request the commission to remain private then I reserve the right to use any commissioned art for portfolios or examples.
- Commissioners will be allowed to upload any art they have commissioned personally to their gallery(on furaffinity) as long as I am credited and my watermark unremoved, it may NOT be posted offsite if I already have posted it on the desired site already, eg if I post it on twitter you can not upload it there.
- Commissioners MAY reupload offsite if I don't have an account on the desired site, however full credit, via a link to the original piece or my main account, must be given.
- Depending on the art and amount requested, timeframe will vary. You are free to ask and if you need it for a specific date, you may talk to me about it. Rush fees may apply.
- By commissioning me you agree to these terms.

Small mistakes - wrong colours, a marking slightly off, missing jewelry. Also small mistakes are only limited to mistakes I have made, if you gave me the wrong ref, that's on you to catch at the sketch stage, not after it's done.
Minor edits - something that takes me only 5 minutes to change
Major edits - something that takes me roughly 20-30 minutes to change
*Major edits do not include, a whole new character,a different background, a complete change in pose eg changing a horse on forest picnic to a wolf sky diving piece.
