To celebrate my career choice, I am hosting a contest.
This contest is about creating a mermaid persona for me.

This can be extended or shortened depending on the interest level.


Basic information:
There will be two themes.
I will be using the two designs as my mersona's during my career.
You don't have to, but you may also come up with a personality and a back-story.
You MUST be alright with this design being used commercially.~*

* Since I will be using these designs during my model sessions and professional gigs where I get paid.


Rules:
You have a better chance at winning if you don't use a base, but bases are allowed.
You can enter two entries per theme. And yes, there is a possibility that you could win for both.
No stealing designs from others.
All characters/entries i keep will get something <3
You MUST submit the design to DA. I will favorite it and it will be in a folder in my favorites until the end.
You will be judged on creativity, effort, and uniqueness.
She must be a newly created OC.
You may collab with someone on a entry, but ya'll must split the prizes in half.

Princess of the sea.
Girly
Lady like
Kind and loving
Very much like most mermaids seen in Disney shows


Theme 2:
Dark goddess
Gothic
Loves dark things
Evil
Causes trouble
Often seen with a smirk
She is always planing something.


Things the design has to include:
A front and back view
A color palette
A crown/head-piece
A staff

Prizes:
Each winner for each theme will get:
$60 or 6000 deviant-art points.

More information:
Since I will be using these designs commercially, my uncle who is a lawyer says I am obligated to inform you;
If you wish, I can send you 2.5% of the funds I make every time I use your design commercially.
Meaning, if I use your design during a gig and make $200 I am legally obligated to send you $5.

This is only if you wish to have this contract.
You as the artist are also allowed to give me all rights to the character and usage of her commercially and I won't have to pay you.
This is 100% all up to you.~
