So I want to create a custom art piece to work as a card alter for magic the gathering, its basically

This, but with dragons instead of random animals, my sona, surrounded by lots of small dragons that she is caring for.
Would like a more realistic style, if possible, and ideally, not to break into the triple digits if possible, but would consider depending on the artist.
