~ Terms of Service ~ (G)

Welcome! Both of us are dedicating to making sure that our transactions go as smoothly as possible. We will cooperate with you the best we can, however, we do have some rules.
1. NO NSFW for minors. Not going to happen. Please don't ask. If we find out you're a minor, you will not receive your commission and there will be no refund.
2. We do not haggle. Our prices are our prices. Please don't ask us to go lower, it's rude.
3. All payments are up front. If the payment is $100+ we can negotiate a payment plan. We only accept Holds for AB's and only for a maximum of 48 hours before the adopt/YCH slot/commission goes back up for sale again.
4. While not a must, reference pictures for commissions are greatly appreciated. If you provide us with a text-based description, there will likely be an upcharge. At very minimum, we need you to provide us with a color palette. This can be done on multiple websites! This one is our personal favorite https://coolors.co/
5. We only accept USD! (unless specified otherwise) So sorry! <3
6. If we are working on a YCH for you, you will be allowed one preview. If at any point we have missed something or you don't like it, this is your one chance to get us to fix it for you. After this, we won't be playing the 500 edits game.
7. If we are working on a Commission for you, we will send you one preview of the rough sketch, and one preview of the lines/base color. These are your opportunities to point out things you would like changed. The final version is the final version.
8. Any piece of art we make for you will be done in roughly 2-6 weeks from the time you have commissioned us. If for any reason it should take longer, we will gladly refund 50% of what you paid. If we expect it to take longer than 6 weeks due to complexity or upcoming events, we will warn you ahead of time before you pay.
9. If you become rude, hateful, or generally awful to work with, we reserve the right to withdraw the commission and give you a partial refund minus payment for the time we've already spent on it if any.
10. On that note, if we become uncomfortable with a client/the content of a commission, we reserve the right to refuse that commission.
11. If we have a request form for YCHs or anything else, please fill it out. We will not accept it if it isn't filled out.
12. We reserve the right to use any past design we have created as advertisement. Obviously with a watermark or covered up to preserve your ownership. If you have a sincere issue with this though, please let us know that when buying the adopt from us and we'll refrain from using them.
13. We will do our best to make your vision come to life. As artists, that's what we like to do. We will work with you to make it happen. But you have to be willing to work with us. If you start asking impossible or outrageous things or become difficult to work with, we will likely refuse your commission. Please be kind.
In Regards to Reselling adopts
YES. You may absolutely resell any adopts you buy from us. However, you may NOT sell them for more than you have bought them for. The only exception to this rule is if you have additional art for the character that increases its value.
We also ask that you PLEASE notify us of any change in ownership! It helps us keep track of who owns our adopt, so we know that no one is stealing our art! <3 Thank you so much for your cooperation.
