Main information
○ By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my T.O.S.
○ If the commission is NSFW you must be 18 years or older
○ Please make sure the character reference is clear, full-length, and shows all colors
○ The deadline is usually no more than 1-2 months

Payment
○ Payment via Boosty and Hipolink
○ Sometimes I can ask pay via PayPal directly
○ I accept payment after the rough sketch
Revisions and alterations
○ There's no alteration fee for the concept sketch
○ Minor alterations are acceptable after the cleaned sketch. Major alterations will incur an additional charge based on the time required
○ I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations resulting from missing or misrepresented information

Art Process
○ I send Works in Progress (WIPs) at every stage (sketch/resketch, ink/flats and final). Unless trusted to finish artwork without oversight
○ Corrections must be given in those early stages before completion of the work
○ If you'd like a rush on a given work to be completed by a specified date there will be a rush fee
○ I accept Email, Telegram and Twitter, Discord chats to communicate/share WIPs about the art commission.

Cancellation and Refunds
○ I reserve the right to refuse any commission and don't explaining why a commission was denied
○ I may cancel a commission due to unprofessional, inappropriate, or rude behavior
○ If a cancellation occurs after work-in-progress stages, I will refund the cost of the uncompleted work
○ Completed work is non-refundable, as you approved it at each stage. Fraud attempts will be reported and result in blacklisting

Rights Reserved
○ I retain all commercial and distribution rights to the artwork I create
○ I reserve the right to use the artwork for my portfolio unless it is a private order
○You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use at any size. Commercial use (e.g., selling prints, magazine printing, stickers) is prohibited
○ Please credit me/link to my page when reposting my work.
○ Do not trace or claim my artwork as your own.
○ You have permission to alter or edit your commission for additional signatures, icons, and so forth so long as credit is given to me and my signature is not removed
