This is a branch off group of the original Rack Shackle Pack which is a Pokemon based Roleplay created on a Pokemon forum. The Rack Shackle Pack was born to fight the issue of dog fights known world wide. Instead of using dogs we chose to use a variety of canine and feline Pokemon to rebel against similar acts.
