Hello everyone.

As many of you have likely noticed, the profile page has undergone a few changes, mostly to tidy up and compartmentalize all of my old works into folders. The page has been suffering from over 10 years of neglect at this point and it was long overdue to get cleaned up a bit.

On Furaffinity especially. I mostly just had this profile to access mature pics on the site and I halfheartedly posted a handful of my posts from DA onto here a very long time ago. I took the time to post everything that had been missing onto here for the folks who only use FA and don't bother going on DeviantArt at all.

As for why I've been gone for so long, the answer is pretty simple. I've just been living my life for the most part. I did pop on a few times to post the extremely occasional short or the first few parts of a novel I've wanted to write since I was a teenager but all of this didn't really amount to much in the end and my motivation would quickly fizzle out each time. This isn't going to be like the other times. Over the last couple of months, a bunch of big puzzle pieces just fell into place; a lot of things I've struggled immensely with the story like figuring out the themes, the ending, a lot of plot points in the middle that left huge gaps between moments I've effectively fleshed out already for years. I think I have enough to finally really get started and I have the time now as well to at least devote a few hours each day now that the new year has started and things have significantly slowed down at my job. With the exception of the occasional lazy day, I'm going to have writing on my mind a lot in the near future. I can't promise a new chapter every day, as I've always been pretty inconsistent when it comes to getting things out in a timely fashion, but I promise I will post each chapter as I complete them. I won't spare any effort when it comes to this and I will make each post as good as I can possibly make them. My hope is that, by the end, I'll have finally finished one of my books and can actually hold it in my hands. I don't know how this is going to turn out but I'm ready to find out now.

As for the novel itself, for those who've read my other work in the past, this project is going to be significantly less fetishistic. It will have its raunchy moments, and I am looking forward to getting to them don't get me wrong, I wanted to write something that ultimately has a lot more to it. I'm excited for this. This book will be weird and funny and sad and I have so much that I want to share with everyone. I'm gonna get to work.
