I'm Kara Ratner, creator of the Fading Anima RPG and Memoria RP sim on Second Life~!

2) My "Main Character," Nyx, the Sergalnid Hive-Organism Metaentity
"Gender? Protoviral Injector, Not reproductive penis - 'testes' are biochem/venom factories.. Nyx "breasts" carry various mutagenic nutrient packs.
I WANT art of cool freaky injectors but folks 99% prefer 'human dong' so. lots of that. *huff*

3) Archie: Fem Neotenic/moultless Yamato roach (Slim Teens look not 'cub', just dun like pure-insect boob too much on mine, aa tiiiny only for me pls on my roach x3 she's 26 just 'buggly'!) named after a comic in the trash pile she was born in.
Socially awkward, sexually confused as hell, supremely mutated for freezeproofing/regen/durability/strength etc buuug powaaa; 'autistic', veeeery tolerant/gentle. mechanical savant.
4) Drakara Ti'Arrai, Sterile/'mutant' Herm "drat" (Baelfire dragon/shadowlands nezumi,)
5) Melaina the Monster Hunter: functional/technically fertile 100% lower genital ''biomasculinised" only(100% 'real' dong&balls ya.) "shemale" Warpstone-infused mutant Spotted Hyena. Comic book superhero type, Good guy~!! 7 foot+ big etc tc, "fembuff" like Becca ( http://imgur.com/a/mC0Wx ) Swanson with more robust curves under, MH/Anime style more than my usual XD Character self-labels she/her, not transitional.

As for comissioning folks/what kinds of art I like, I love seeing characters put through broad interpretations. Like, when a cute artist draws a 'big-and-badass' character in their style, or those 'realistic style' Pokemon you see around, stuff like that. Seeing what things look like through another lens is neat, so you can expect to see me commission some possibly unexpected folks, considering my character. Yup, 'expect the unexpected' even.
Though you can expect the usual out of a horrible monster, too...

I am saddened to say, this will be the last journal.

I'm sorry this took a few days to put here, but it was hard to figure out the right way to put all of this. I don't think there's ever a perfect way to say things in situations like these.
On May 29th, 2015 after a very valiant struggle, Kara Ti'Naeone -- or Velveti Nyx as a lot of you know her -- finally found peace. She didn't want to go. She had to be told that it was okay to let go if the pain was too much. And the pain WAS too much. Ol' Handsome Teeth, that constant companion of Death for the last few months, was tired of waiting for the cancer to get at her, so he finally took another path to get her out of that proverbial cafe -- an infection in her leg that just wouldn't heal, that had spread before they could even really consider amputation. And even if they had been able to amputate, that would only have prolonged the inevitable with more pain and struggle.
But she was still strong, and would have struggled on if she was able.
Now she won't have to. Now she can be at peace.
I know she loved all of you who left her kind words during this time, and those who called her friend even before all of this started. Though she is gone from sight, she will never be truly gone as long as she is remembered.
