I'm an engineer and trained machinist, but I've always really enjoyed making wings. I've worked in wood, metal, foam, fabric... pretty much any medium, I can make something out of it if I've got the right tools. I like costume design. There's something very satisfying about taking something that started as an idea in your head and turning it into a real life thing that you can wear around.
