Quick art info:
Commissions: Open! Just send a note to my main account for faster reply! Main account is of course kitsuneneko
Art trades: Ask... don't just dump art on me and expect I'll do the same for you. ( Unless you're a close friend I'll dump art on you anyway. XD )
Freebies/giftart: I'll post a journal on my main account when I do freebies. Don't just ask for some. I do them for events or special occasions.

I have the right to at any time refuse to draw anything for you for any reason. (( Even more so if it is gift art. So don't whine. )) (( Art trades work as paid commissions but without a refund. ))
If I have taken money I'll give you a refund. Full refund or % refund depends on how much I've already completed of the work.
If any money transactions are made and a % refund is in order I will have proof that I have worked on my end. I don't do the whole "take your money and run" deal and just claim I did something when I didn't. Just as I expect you to be honest too. Don't have me do the work and not expect to pay me for it. That will put you on my blocked list.

Please do remind me though if I owe you anything. I do have a faulty memory and try to keep things organized to help it... but it doesn't always help.
