 Hi hi there!

My name is Arkail, welcome to my page! I go by ArkailArt in most other places.

I am a Golden Jackal from Texas who loves to draw things ranging from SFW - NSFW - things of the Vorny variety!

I am a huge pokemon fan and so you will see a lot of those around this page along with the other furry friendos.  



I welcome notes and DM's I'm just not always the best at responding in a timely fashion!  Also, if you ever want to send a message my way, please make it something more meaningful than just a "Hi", or "Hey".  If you send me messages like that, I tend not to respond.  

Same goes to responses on anything I post.  I would love to respond to everyone, but either don't always know what to say or just don't have the time to respond, but I always appreciate the comments I get from all of you, so thank you~! <3

Commissions OPEN NOW Until End Of November 9!

Hey y'all! I'm opening up for commissions again, which means the comm form is now open for submissions! You can find the form here: https://forms.gle/ARaUiLVAfNTHBJd18 The form will be up until Sunday, November 9 at 11:59pm CST (UTC-6), after which I'll select a few slots from those submitted. THIS IS NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, there's absolutely no rush so please take your time filling out the form! PLEASE be sure before submitting a form to review my prices and TOS which you can find here!

It's been a little while since the last opening! My goal had been to take a few commissions per opening and open the form every other month or so; however, last time so many of y'all submitted so many cool and fun ideas, I couldn't help myself from doing extra! I ended up with a very full schedule, even after trying my best to pare down how many I took 😅

My goal for this opening is to take a more limited number of slots than previously. Aside from wanting to keep my schedule a bit freer and be able to open slots more consistently, I'm also working on merch in preparation for MFF! If you're attending this year, be sure you stop by Artist Alley to see me!

As a final aside, I want to take a moment to address the price changes that were made beginning with this opening. These past few years of being able to work full time as a freelance artist wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support you all have given me, and I can't begin to thank you enough! My prices have been the same for the last 2.5 years, and my hope with this increase is that it will help me elevate my future projects and endeavors. Over this past year I've found I really enjoy vending at conventions, and cemented how much I love writing comics. I really want to attend and vend at more conventions and meet more of y'all, and I want to be able to bring more of the characters and stories in my head to life in comics short and long! I believe this change will help me be able to work towards those goals, and I'm really excited about getting to pursue them even further in the year ahead!
