Dragon*Con and Bettas!

Wow, it's been over a year since my last entry? Sheesh.
So I'm going to Dragon*Con again this year. I'm excited about it, but also nervous because my mom has a 1 day membership to the Con, too. This is gonna be an interesting trip.
In other news, I now have two bettas. :3 My first one is a black orchid crowntail that I got last month. I thought he was just plain black, but I just discovered today that he has COLORS! Iridescent red/blue/purple/copper on his fins. He's a real character, too. XD When I wiggle my finger at him, he flares his fins, curls his body to the side, and slowly backs away like he's saying, "Bitch, I'm not afraid of you. >:|" I have named him Deadlock as a result.
My second betta is a dark metallic blue crowntail, and he's really chill in the quarantine tank- he doesn't react when I wiggle my finger at him. I'm excited to see learn his personality and see what name he earns. :3
