You guys remember when FA changed Upload Policy 2.7 over a year ago and people weren't happy? Well, they did it again, and it will probably get a lot of backlash just like last time. Though allowing 18+ accounts to block access to minors was a good move on their part.

In case anyone doesn't know, Fur Affinity will now be banning ALL depictions of underage characters in a setting that isn't General-rated. I understand if we are talking about fetish content or porn of underage characters, but this also includes stuff that isn't sexual content (such as heavy violence). And let me remind you that there is a very big difference between non-sexual depictions of an underage character engaging or being in the presence of gratuitous violence or other mature themes, and pornographic depictions of an underage character!

And I don't think I need to reiterate, but the last update to that policy caused some HUGE backlash, and this update will probably face similar or stronger backlash!
