my biscoff brownie recipe
160g butter - either salted or unsalted whatever you like

200g biscoff spread - add more if you want thicker and gooier, keep at 200 if you want a nice balance between biscoff taste and brownie taste

2 eggs (hi cam)
150g white sugar
150g brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
90g flour
65g cocoa powder
varying amount of biscoff brownies on top

first off spread the biscoff spread in a line brownie pan, either 8 or 9 inches, i prefer 8 for the biscoff but a 9 inch pan for the brownies

place the biscoff spread in the freezer for around an hour
melt butter and leave to cool
mix flour, cocoa powder and salt
mix sugars
once cooled pour butter into a large mixing bowl
pour the sugars into the butter and mix until clumpy
add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined

add the dry ingredients and mix - you can also add crumbled biscoff cookies into the mix at this point but totally optional!! you do you bestie!!

pour half the mix into the pan, then add the frozen biscoff layer and then top with remaining brownie mix, place biscoff cookies on top of mix

heat oven to 175 celcius or 350 fahrenheit and cook for 35-40 minutes
