Why do your plushies cost so much!?

My plushies are a handmade creation that takes a lot of time and dedication. The prices are based on the amount of hours it takes me to create the plush as well as the complexity/size of the design/character, materials used, etc.

How long do your commissions take?

With each order I will provide an estimated time announcement on how long it will take. Wait times depend on the current amount of orders and your position on the queue.

What if I need my plushie by a certain date?

I need at least 4 weeks notice prior to your order if you need your design for a certain date. Keep in mind shipping takes time as well as the creation process! So 4 weeks gives me enough time to create, ship and for you to receive your plush!

May I commission more than one plush from you?

Absolutely.

What about refunds?

If I have not started your order you are entitled to a full refund, however if you ask for a refund after materials are purchased for the plushie, the price of the materials will be deducted from your refund. Once creation of your plushie has started refunds are no longer available.

Do you send out WIP's?

Upon request I can definitely send you a preview of your plushie in progress! It’s usually a one shot process from start to finish, but if you wanna see what it looks like inside out or half way done I can show you :3

What type of materials do you use on your plushies?

I currently only use fleece, however in the future I may provide mink plushies, and I will hopefully be adding faux fur to my inventory for details!

Can I request certain patterns?

You may request certain patterns! I will let you know prior to taking your order if the pattern you are requesting is doable for me!

Can I trade you something for a plushie?

Unless I specify in a journal that I am open for trades, I am more than likely not open to trade services!

How do I order?

If you are interested in ordering a plushie for me, look out for journal openings!

Will we have fun?

Of course we will! I can’t wait to get to know you and your character, and make exactly what you need :3

I may ask to simplify your character if the designs/markings are too complex.

If your character has boobs or a dick or both that's great and all but I will not be adding those extras to any plush. And again, anything pony related is a NO.
