Terms of Service for NSFW Commissions
📌 General Information
Only over 18 years old can apply for commissions.
My illustrations are 100% digital, I do not deliver physical versions.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission without having to justify the reason.
💰 Payment
Payment is in advance and is made only through PayPal.
Work does not start until half of the full payment is received.
No refunds are given once the drawing has started.
🛠️ Process and Changes
I will send preliminary sketches for approval before proceeding with illustration.
Up to 3 free changes are allowed during the sketching phase. Additional changes will cost extra.
Once sketches are approved, no drastic changes to pose, composition or major details are allowed.
⏳ Turnaround Time
Estimated time to complete an illustration is up to 2 weeks.
There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but will be notified of any changes in the time frame.
📢 Use and Publication.
All completed work will be published on my portfolio and social media.
I do not authorize the use of my illustrations for NFTs, IA or any commercial use without prior agreement.
