TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 ❥I reserve the right to decline a commission without reason.



 ❥I will not begin a commission unless at least half is paid.



 ❥I will show you WIP of the stages sketch and colour. You are allowed to request a WIP image whenever you would like. Ask for changes when I show you the sketch. Once I have started  ❥anything else I will NOT change the sketch. Colour changes are available before I start shading as well.



 ❥References are necessary, unless you would like me to design the character for you. It is not easy to work on a drawing where I have to make an art piece from a description.



 ❥If I start working on the piece and it's before the colouring stage, you will be able to request HALF a refund. Otherwise no refund whatsoever.



 ❥I reserve the right to use the art I've made for merchandising unless asked otherwise.



 ❥If an art piece I have done is posted elsewhere, please try to credit me.



 ❥You may not sell the image I have made, even if the character belongs to you. Of course adopts are a different topic.



 ❥You may not claim my art as your own work.



 ❥If I make a mistake on your character's design, I will fix it. This does not count as changes to the artwork.



 ❥If possible, please provide a picture of the pose you would like. Otherwise a description will be OK.



 ❥If possible, please explain your ideas with visual examples.



 ❥Please check the Trello for the progress of your commission. If I have not put it in started, naturally you won't receive a WIP.



 ❥I will accept payment upfront or half-half. No later payment will be allowed otherwise.



 ❥You will receive a signed and unsigned copy of the drawing. The unsigned will not be posted elsewhere by me. If the unsigned version gets posted out anywhere, it is not my responsibility.
