My semi-short and simple Adopt T.O.S:

•You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase my designs! I REFUSE to sell my adopts to minors!

•You are allowed to claim more than 1 adopt!

•You MUST pay within 24 hours or the adopt will be reopened! You may ask for the adopt to be on hold but you MUST pay within a week!

•I would prefer you don't leave comments such as "I wish I had enough money to buy “x adopt” :( " or the like. I know most of the time it means no harm when said, but to me it just comes off as guilt-trippy and awkward since I never know how to respond. Just know that there’s always a next time!

•On that note, don't EVER question or complain about the price of my adopts or attempt to haggle! I put a lot of time, care, and consideration into my adopts!

•My adopts are non refundable!

•If you decide to resell an adopt of mine, it MUST be sold at the same price as it was originally! The only exception to this rule is if there has been extra art added to the adopt!

•Adopts can be used for commercial use! Just please credit me for the design!

•You can change whatever you want on the design you purchased! (I only ask you to at least keep the design the same species!)

•You can do whatever you want with the character you've purchased, it's not my prerogative to monitor what you do with the
character. I just ask that you don't use them to promote anything immoral
