Rokku's Terms of Service

1. General Info

WHAT I WILL DRAW:

- General to Mature themed images.
- Art of all genders and most species.
- Complex markings and minimal backgrounds.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

- Sexually explicit commissions. *
- Bodily fluids, such as: Sexual, vomit, any bathroom functions, ect. *
- Mecha, guns and vehicles.
- Dragons, most scalies, avians, taurs or feral. **

2. Payment

- Payment must be received, in full, before any work may begin.
- Methods of payment accepted: Paypal USD only. For paypal payments please choose the “services/payment” option.
- Please be ready to send payment within 48 hours of my acceptance of your commission. After this time, your commission may be dropped.

3. Timeframe

- Turnaround time may vary. It all depends on how busy I am. It also depends on what type of commission and how complex the commission may be. If you are concerned about your commission don't be afraid to email me at rokkunekocommissions@gmail.com. Or send me a message to my discord. rokkuyeen
- Deadlines are accepted within a reasonable time. If you set a deadline, please discuss this with me in advance to see if I can accommodate you. I will do my best to my discretion to deliver your commission by the set due date.

4. Work in Progress

- I will ALWAYS be sending you Work in Progress (WIPs) of your commission via email, notes, or discord.
- The point of Work In Progress is so that you can let me know if there needs to be any changes done to the commission. Revisions are made easier during the sketch and inking phase. Major revisions will not be done after coloring has started.
- You cannot post any WIPs I send you. WIPs are for you to find any mistakes I might have made or to make any changes.

5. Commission Stages

ROUGH SKETCH

- During this stage I am roughly lying out the pose(s) of the character(s), background, and overall mood of the commission. It's still very early, so details do not matter yet. Major changes can be made during this stage.

DETAILED SKETCH

- During this stage I will be cleaning and refining the rough sketch. Any modifications to the pose, expression and background can be made at this time. This will also be the last time to make sure any details specific to your character like jewelry, glasses, horns, trinkets, ect. are included in your picture.

LINEWORK

- Once the sketch is approved I will move on to inking. Only minor changes can be made during this stage.

COLORING

- Once I am done coloring you will receive the final and finished piece. Two files will be sent to you: one up-loadable file in which you can post and a larger file for when you want to have it printed or anything like that.
- You cannot make any changes to the line art at this stage. If you find that I made a mistake with any character's marking or anything relating to color, tell me and I'll be happy to fix it.

6. Returns and Cancellations

- I retain the right to decline or cancel your commission at any time.
- You may also cancel your commission at any time.
- If the commission is cancelled, you will be refunded based on the amount of work I have already completed.
- If the image is completed, you may not ask for a refund.
- Rude customers will be refunded for work not completed and barred from future commissions.

7. Copyright

- I retain the copyright to my works, even if the characters belong to you. This means I may post or distribute commissioned work online, and make digital or hard copies for archive, promotion or sale.
- You may post any work I do for you on FA or any social media site, unaltered, with copyright info intact and credit given to me in the description.
- If you are interested in a "private" commission (not posted online, no prints made, etc.), please let me know ahead of time.
- The client is allowed, and urged, to print the finished work for personal, non-commercial use.
