About My Commission Art
Hey guys,
It's been a while since to came back here at Furaffinity. I've gradually gone back to being more active in my life. After the internship from college to became more open with different drawing techniques. Right now, I still have other things to do shortly but... I can say that I'm officially open to my art commission! This is my first time dabbling in making art for commissioners. I'm not going to lie... Setting it up was the most difficult yet tedious part. I made it into two versions (NSFW and SFW). To ensure that someone else is interested in one of those lanes.
I've finally got my Term of Service for my commission. Please read everything down below.
Term of Service
GENERAL RULE
1. Please be honest, respectful, and kind to me. We must work together on the art piece you have commissioned. I understand that we’re humans that have flaws and room for improvement. Let's assist each other.
2. My style may involve changes to improve and simplify the pace. It will include new techniques I learn over time unless the commissioner has specific preferences for the character.
3. I reserve the right to change colors, shading, and lighting to my liking.
4. I will strive to provide the highest quality to your character while capturing your essence.
5. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if unforeseen issues or conflicts arise with the commissioner.
6. Since the payment is 100% upfront, I’ll do three strike sketches. You will provide feedback on each rough sketch.
a. For example, I will start drawing a rough sketch based on the references and characters you send me. Once I finish sketching, I'll share my progress and ask for your feedback or any changes. It's going to repeat two more times.
b. After the third round of feedback, you can choose to cancel the commission or proceed. I will consider your reasons.
c. If there is no feedback on the rough sketches after the third round, I will move on to the lineart stage, and no further revisions will be made at that point. However, I will come back again at the final stage.
d. Please share any ideas you have in mind to help me gain a better understanding.
7. I would love to accept all commissions, but I have other commitments and responsibilities (aka life and other activities/events) that keep me busy. Please understand that I will complete your commission as soon as possible. I will do my best to manage my schedule efficiently and give priority to commissions based on the order they were received or within the agreed-upon timeframe.
8. I reserve the right to share work-in-progress (WIP) images that may consist of sketches or line art. However, these images will be cropped to specific body parts according to my preferences, and potentially in a random manner. There will be a watermark WIP in there, in case some people are taking my artwork. Additionally, I may include a small transparent signature beside the image.
9. I reserve the right to post every commission on my account to showcase and promote my work. I will always give credit to the owner of the characters by mentioning who commissioned the piece.
a. However, if you prefer that I don't share my work-in-progress (WIPs) or finished artwork, there will be an additional $10 charge. This reason why is because sharing my progress and completed work helps me gain attention.
10. I'm fine with you reposting my commission, but please keep in mind the following conditions:
a. Do not remove my signature at all.
b. Maybe consider waiting until the next day to post, just to avoid any conflicts or to ensure it gets enough attention especially if we posted at the same time.
c. Please give credit to my social media accounts in your posts or comments.
11. For the NSFW version, I have a list of kinks that I'm either okay with or not. Click on this link: https://www.f-list.net/c/romiz%20xrako
a. This is referring to “Others” from my NSFW commission poster.
b. However, I may be open and accept the challenge to draw female and trans
female.
12. When it comes to references:
a. Please provide your most recent character reference to avoid confusion with others.
b. You can send links, but ensure they are accessible.
c. Do not use another character's reference to instruct me to make modifications.
d. I will ask or interpret with you if there are no more specifics about the piece.
e. If it's NSFW, you must include an NSFW (position) reference, especially if your character is in it. If you don’t have it, I'll do my best to interpret it.
f. If you don't have a reference for the pose you want, I'll need to do some research and use a third-party app, which may delay the sketch phase.
FEES & ADDITIONAL/EXTRA FEES
13. I reserve the right to charge the full amount upfront, with no exceptions. Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.
14. The simple background is free. Therefore, you’re good!
15. A complex background or specific location for your character will be $60.
16. I may charge an additional $5 for complex character modifications, such as extra arms, a second tail, additional eyes, or others.
a. However, I can make exceptions for wings, horns, eyepatches, scars, masks, and tattoos.
b. Any changes to the body type are covered by the charge.
c. If you choose to include additional items in the artwork, they must be limited to weapons and furniture, with a maximum of four items. Any additional objects will result in an extra charge of $10 due to the added workload. More than four objects will be considered part of the complex background or props.
i. You need to either describe or provide a reference for each object.
17. You have the option to include a telegram pack for an additional $20. The quantity of stickers can be discussed.
18. A chibi can be added for an extra $15. SFW Only.
19. Only cel-shading will be used for Telegram Pack and Chibi.
a. If you want to change the style, the additional cost will determine if it's possible.
20. If you would like to include safe-for-work versions, there will be an additional cost of $15.
21. If you want to add more characters, I can only draw up to two people alongside your character. I'm currently improving my ability to draw multiple characters. Each additional character costs $50.
22. We can also discuss any additional items you may have missed or forgotten to include in the Google form. This conversation about extras will take place before I present the payment details.
How I Operate With The Commission
1. You fill out the form and I will contact you promptly.
2. You tell me all about your ideas, including sharing the reference of your character, positions or poses, etc.
3. After our discussion, I will provide you with the payment details for the commission.
4. Upon receiving the payment, I will create an invoice for your commission using ClickUp and begin the sketch phase, following a three-strike procedure.
5. You can cancel or proceed with the progress, but no takebacks unless necessary.
a. You can ask me for updates from this point on.
6. I will proceed with the line art, coloring, and shading, while also working on other pieces to avoid overworking myself on one commission.
a. If there are multiple commissions in a week.
b. I will share a work-in-progress (WIP) piece, it could be sketched or in line art, before or after the lineart phase. But if you don't want it to be shared publicly, I'll have to charge a $15 fee.
7. Once the artwork is finished, I will share it with you for final approval before posting it on social media. I want to ensure that I haven't missed anything or that nothing seems off.
8. Please wait until the next day to repost the work after I have shared it.
9. Finally, I will close the ticket (your commission request) and move on to the next project.
Last thing
• I'll do my best to be as responsive as possible. I might not be able to work faster due to life stuff, so please be patient.
• I know several people filled in the form, so there's going to be some work ahead for me.
• The Terms of Service might change in the future since I'm new to doing commissions. I might adjust my perspective based on feedback. I can't guarantee that the price will go up for NSFW and SFW separately, but if I see improvements and put in more effort, there's a good chance the price will increase.
